Talent Leaders need a seat at the table and in tech you achieve that seat either by making or by deploying money into startups.

Our prerogative and sole focus is to change this perspective. Today Syelo takes a giant leap forward in this endeavor by announcing our very first investment in Etched - a truly special company building a generational product. 

As a venture fund our goal is to build generational wealth for our LPs. As a community our mission is to create an ecosystem where the best talent leaders in the world are empowered both economically and professionally. Our investment in Etched translates into four Syelo members (actively in-between jobs) currently contracted on a fulltime (paid) basis building the GTM function of a billion dollar+ company from scratch. Of the thirteen roles we are filling half of them are executives. As investors our value is to provide the strategic insights and horsepower to help build the human capital function of a company that has the potential to revolutionize the world (seriously).

Our partners believe this. When we invest the advice , strategies, and perspectives offered come from our sincere desire to watch our partners achieve incredible goals - we stake our money, time, reputations and resources to make their/our dreams into reality.

In October we secured an equity allocation in a hyper growth startup, we held an amazing event for members in SF (pic below!), we put 4 Syelo members back to work during the holidays, and are now shaping the recruiting design and processes of a generational company.

This is the impact we believe in. This is just the beginning.
