Recruiting deserves community. Community has always been the ultimate super power for humanity, it’s what got us out of the caves as a species. As an industry we face constant struggles and change, our roles are the most dispensable and employers tend to not value the position as much as they should.

When we first started Syelo around 30% of our members were unemployed, today that number has dwindled to 10%. Many of our members have found their next role within our digital ecosystem and we are extremely excited to see in action what we have always known: amazing things happen when great people get together.

Community

Launching in 5 new industries! Syelo has historically operated only in the technology industry. Today we are excited to announce that we will be expanding membership to healthcare, legal, finance, manufacturing, creative. We believe our expansions in these new verticals will allow us to comprehensively grow and learn as a recruiting community while also driving value for all amazing recruiters.

In May we had the opportunity to have BrightHire in the tank! We kept hearing rumblings about their product and it was always incredibly impressive feedback. The tank did not disappoint! In June we are excited to host Puck (https://www.careerpuck.com/)! We have been watching the candidate experience space for a while now and are really impressed with what Puck has built thus far. Very excited to take a look underneath the hood and see what they have built! As a reminder Syelo Tank is an open event to all!
